Value

German: Wert

Common meaning:
Importance, usefulness, price, what is esteemed or recognized
Clear meaning:
The imagined solidity in a field—not what is, but the story we tell about significance.

Value is often seen as objective—price, utility, or worth.
But structurally, value does not exist independently.
It is a consensus within consciousness.

Value is the point at which the field measures itself,
to give itself meaning.

It is not absolute.
It is negotiation within perception.

Value arises where separation is believed—
and the need to quantify.

Value is not what something has—
it is what
we are willing to assign to it.
