Emotions

German: Emotionen

Common meaning:
Strong feelings, inner affective responses, physical-emotional states
Clear meaning:
The kinetic feedback of a self encountering itself—not essence, but the echo of identification.

Emotions are not who you are—
they are what arises
when what you think you are
meets something you think you are not.

They are powerful,
but not primary.
They move,
but are not spacious.

Structurally, emotions are contractions
stored tensions
that become motion
when they can’t be fully held in stillness.

Emotions are not truth—
they are responses
to what the self has not yet seen through.
