Co-dependency

German: Co-Abhängigkeit

Common meaning:
Unhealthy emotional entanglement; tying one’s well-being to another’s behavior
Clear meaning:
The clinging to relationship to stabilize the self—not love, but the unconscious trade of identity for security.

Co-dependency is not a relationship—
it is the collapse of boundary
in order to not lose a sense of self.

Structurally, it arises where two fields
cannot resonate side by side
without needing each other to exist.

It is not connection,
it is confusion.

Co-dependency is not closeness—
it is forgetting
where you end and the other begins.
